What is your return & refund policy?

Because each physical book includes an instant-access bonus digital product, and some of our offerings are signed and numbered, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on physical items. Additionally, because our e-books are delivered via instant access, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship from our home base in Florida and are packed with care. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected. While we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs once a package is in the carrier’s hands, we’re always happy to review any issues and assist where possible if something comes up during transit.

Where is The Crunchy ABCs made?

The Crunchy ABCs is created and printed in the United States. We are a women-owned, veteran-owned business, and all artwork is original and created by Ellen. Our books are printed in the U.S. using a trusted printing partner to ensure consistent print and paper quality, and our stickers are printed in Florida. Whenever possible, we choose to create and produce our work in the United States because supporting U.S.-based businesses is deeply important to us.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and the shipping option you choose. We currently ship within the United States and Canada using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with several shipping options available depending on your location. You’ll see all available shipping rates and delivery options before completing your purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale for boutiques and small shops. Wholesale pricing is based on order size, and in some cases, orders may be shipped directly to you from our printer.
