Shipping policy

All orders ship from our home base in the great state of Florida. Orders are packed with care and typically leave within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected.

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier, and delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

If an issue arises with your shipment due to the carrier, we are happy to review the situation and assist where possible.
