The Crunchy ABCs™ started as a simple Facebook post… one of those “let’s make a crunchy alphabet” threads where everyone chimes in with their ideas. Of course it began with “A is for Apple Cider Vinegar,” and then came the flood of comments with ideas for all the other letters.

As a longtime entrepreneur, something in me whispered, This would make an amazing book! Because as a holistic-minded, freedom-loving mom, I felt the gap - there just weren’t many children’s books that reflected this lifestyle and its values. So I put it on my vision board and waited for the right moment.

This idea stayed with me: at home in my kitchen, in grocery aisles, through coughs & sniffles, late-night research rabbit holes, and in all those quiet moments when your heart says, there has to be a better way.

More than five years later, that moment finally came, and here we are.

The Crunchy ABCs™ is my heart-on-my-sleeve project, 1,000 percent aligned with who I am and how I have raised my son. It is a little nostalgic, a little humorous, a little bold, and full of love for raising children with intention.

It is truly me on paper, created for families like ours who value God, natural living, curiosity, and freedom.

My hope is that these books bring joy, spark conversation, and become a beloved keepsake in your family library.
